Antony Gormley inspired Iron Man Sculpture
Year 4 on February 13th 2020
In art, Year 3 have been looking at sculptures and studying great artists - looking at the work by Antony Gormely (the most famous British sculptor).
Year 3 have also been studying 'The Iron Man' by Ted Hughes in English.
Being insipired by both 'The Iron Man' and Antony Gormely the children made their own sculptures using metal wire, tin foil and card to cast the Iron Man's shadow.
Mr Rich and Mrs Arnold were so impressed with Year 3s perseverance and resilience. All the children produced a fantastic and unique sculpture.
