The Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea was a wonderful event - huge thanks to all who attended and enjoyed this special occasion and of course to Theyvanai and her PTA team for their hard work, supported by Bunches!
Our teams continue to go from strength to strength – we had three runners in the County Championship event and all finished in the top 20 … well done Erin, Jude and Jacob! Two of our runners, won through to the next stage, finishing in the top 10 …well done all!
The Basketball team are also on a winning streak - with all games won or drawn thus far! The footie season starts again this week so watch out for news!
Sadly, I have to report that Mr Lloyd Allington will be leaving us at Easter. Although he has only been with us for two terms he has been a pleasure to work with and we wish him all the best.
Following recent interviews, we are very fortunate to have appointed two experienced and highly motivated teachers who will join us from Easter. Mrs Annabel Slater and Mr Gavin Morris will be meeting the team and working with the children on 21 and 28 March and are looking forward to introducing themselves to parents.
OSCAR B UPDATE
Baby Bowell is gaining weight and making good progress. He remains in hospital where he is receiving excellent care and I am looking forward to visiting mum, Keeley, with the beautiful and enormous hamper from our caring and generous Y1 families … she will be thrilled!
