Huge Congratulations to Gareth Rich and his partner, Niki who have been joined by baby Leo Henry. All are well and we can’t wait to meet the little fella!
We are proud of our Spring term Superstars who have their names in lights in the hall!

Y6 Nathan F
We have done it again- Won the football League that is for the second consecutive year! There have been some stunning and surprising results in the professional forum recently but this was not a surprise for us as our children show great teamwork, talent and resilience in every match - Well done boys and Coach Adam Martin!
WE ARE PROUD OF YOU…
Our Y6 pupils have shown equal amounts of teamwork, talent and resilience in their fabulous attitude to taking their SATs this week – as I write they are currently enjoying a foodie treat and having some well-deserved fun (I hope I can say the same for the Y6 teaching team!).
SLIP, SLAP, SLOP…
As the weather is warming up a reminder to:
SLIP on a sun-hat and sensible footwear (no heels or actual slip-ons please)
SLAP on some long lasting sun cream
SLOP some water in your water bottle and drink plenty (remember water only please)
We are utilising the reminder of DfE capital funding for two further projects, firstly to renew the surfacing on the Matisse garden at the rear of the school. It will be out of use and taped off whilst the work takes place - please can you help to keep the garden lovely afterwards by not using it as a “cut through” between Y3/4 area and the rear of the school.
Secondly, FS and KS1 children will soon have their own library area off the hall. Thank you to Mr Miles for his carpentry skills and Annette Wilson for the wallpaper!
We are looking forward to half-term, remember school reopens on Wednesday 5 June…ENJOY!
