Callum Webb in Y6 who wrote to Ikano Bank, who have been in contact and would love to run a session next term on money in Y6 i.e. bank accounts, budgeting, and general money sense…does anyone else feel they would like to join this session?
Congratulations also to the PTA for organising two great events recently - the Fashion Show and Quiz Night. Of course I should say well done to the winning Quiz Night team too! From a personal point of view, give me your children to organise and administer anytime - your school days must have been interesting - ha ha!
To Rachel Davis for her sterling work as a Parent Governor over the last four years - our new Governors have big boots to fill!
Thanks to all of you who helped raise over £250 for Children in Need and £50 for the Poppy Appeal.
There I’ve said it!! The festive season is almost upon us - a reminder of important dates is attached - do take a note of them.
Also now is the time for a clear out in readiness for Santa’s goodies… you can donate unwanted but good quality items to our annual Christmas Fair… then you can
come along and buy more goodies too, listen to carols and enjoy a cuppa!
I am so proud of our basketball team who are going from strength to strength, winning their most recent game 19 - 1!
